The Creeping fig is a dicot
Its fruit is not one we eat a lot
They like to grow on a wall
They grow fast and get very tall
But other times they stay small
All of this depends on developed roots
That help support it so it can make little fruits
It originally grew in China, Vietnam and Japan
But you wouldn’t want to use this fruit to make jam
Its leaves are evergreen
If you grow it as topiary you could make a queen
Or with very little water it could grow into an otter
The Creeping Fig doesn’t need much sun
So go plant one and it’ll be fun!
